Are you a woman who wants to achieve greater goals in business or your career?
Sometimes leadership can be a lonely place. I support you to create harmony in your life and work, become a strategic and highly effective leader, and to feel re-energised and inspired.
Transformation that lasts is the key to success in life and work. I have a solution-based approach (combining neuroscience and coaching) with results that transform life and leadership.
I can offer you 6-month or 12-month coaching packages where we meet virtually for one hour twice a month. My support continues beyond the meetings, via email (or with a phone call), so that I become your coach, your mentor and your accountability friend.
I offer a 30-day unconditional guarantee that ensures a 100% refund after 30 days, if you are not entirely satisfied that working with me is exactly what you need to overcome your challenges and achieve the results you require, for you or your organisation.

Research increasingly demonstrates that Executive Coaching works to:
-
enhance individuals’ performance, wellbeing and goal attainment (Grant et al, 2009)
-
benefit organisation-wide factors, such as increased return on investment- ROI (De Meuse et al, 2009) and other monetary benefits for businesses (Parker Wilkins, 2006).
I am wholeheartedly committed to coaching as a means to transform quality of life and enhance performance for women and their organisations. I use and adapt a range of coaching models and theories, from Transformational Coaching to Positive Psychology and Gestalt Coaching. By listening to and understanding my clients, clarifying their needs and the requirements of their organisations, I am able to offer different approaches that work (Erik de Haan, 2021).
My clients love the many creative strategies that I incorporate, as well as the various leadership models I assist them in using, to gain insights into themselves and their teams. I really understand what my clients’ need, the neuroscience behind their behaviours, how to help them overcome hidden challenges, and to create deep transformational learning and change.
The most effective coaching happens when both parties are reflective about the process. I encourage the writing of a reflective journal to clarify thoughts, reflect on coaching sessions and demonstrate commitment to goals and actions. I am here to help and guide you, and I will do that in a collaborative and encouraging manner, focused on building your trust, guaranteeing confidentiality, and engaging you in your proactive transformation. My commitment to your progress goes beyond our coaching sessions. I love to see my clients thrive so I will be passionately committed to your development and learning.
I am flexible to clients’ needs, but usually offer coaching online, in 1-hour sessions.
